The Village of Potsdam accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit card payments.

Please note the following payment policies:

Processing Fee: A $2.50 convenience fee will be charged for all credit and debit card transactions up to $67.56. For transactions over $67.56, a 3.70% convenience fee will be applied.

In-Person Payments: Credit and debit cards must be inserted, tapped, or swiped at the payment terminal to complete the transaction.

Online Payments: Online transactions are processed through a secure verification system for your protection.

Alternative Payment Methods: If a card cannot be successfully processed, payments may still be made by cash or check at the Municipal Office or by mailing a check to the office.
